• Occasionally GSC executives will communicate
  directly with the student body through the

• TITLE Amendment to add GSC Assistant Treasurer
  Appointment(s)

• Findings. The GSC Treasurer, reports that

• The workload of the GSC treasurer position can
  be highly time consuming and excessive for a
  single graduate student, especially during the
  preparation phase for the yearly budget proposal
  hearings. Constitutional permission for the GSC
  presidential appointment of 1 or 2 assistant
  treasurers will help alleviate the workload of
  the GSC treasurer.

• Amends Graduate Student Council Constitution,
  Article IX.A. by adding

• 6) Assistant Treasurer(s)
•  
• Assists the GSC Treasurer with management of
  financial statements and with preparation for the
  yearly budget proposal hearings."
• -Note This Appointment process will be the same
  as all other appointments under GSC Constitution
  Article VII and IX
