Portfolio Advisory Service

• Discretionary Portfolio Advisory Service.
• Investment in Stocks.
• Minimum Investible funds stock/cash Rs 10
  lacs/Rs.25 lacs depending on location.

• Investment horizon of one year and above.

How It Works

• The client provides information on his existing
  holding of shares/cash available.
• Based on his risk profile and return
  expectations, a tailor made portfolio is
  designed.
• Agreement prescribed by SEBI and necessary Broker
  documents as per NSE are executed.
• Arrangement is renewed automatically after a year.

• Based on the research and perception of market
  forces and timing, buy/sell decisions in stocks
  are taken.
• The deliveries and payments are automatically
  made to/from clients accounts.
• Client receives monthly reports of the portfolio
  incorporating performance, portfolio details,
  dividend details, transactions done etc.

Fees

• Option 1
• The advisory fees payable would be 2 percent (of
  the value of the portfolio) per annum.
• (2.5 for portfolio size under Rs 25 lacs.)

• Option 2
• PNVF will receive as share profit 30 of the
  profits in excess of 10 per annum. Profits would
  mean the sum of realized gains, unrealized gains
  and dividends received.
• (The minimum size under this service is Rs 50
  lacs)

Other charges

• Brokerage payable to broker.
• DP charges payable separately to the Depository.

Client Reporting

• An effective and prompt system of reporting is in
  place. Monthly report contains
• Account performance summarizing returns generated
  in the clients portfolio.
• Composition and the value of the portfolio-
  Description of security, number of securities,
  value of each security held in the portfolio.
• Realised and unrealised income.
• Transaction statement.
• The Relationship Managers are constantly in touch
  with the clients to understand their needs and
  get their feedback.

Taxation

• Dividend income is tax free in the hands of
  investor.
• Short term capital gains is taxed at 15 .
• Long term capital gains attract no tax.
