• A Unitary Authority covering 333 sq.km
• Population of 156,061
• 14.3 classified themselves as non-white ethnic
  minority groups in 2001 Survey
• NI number registration for UK nationals 2005/06
  indicated 5080 including 2000 from Poland and
  1130 from Lithuania.
• Asylum seekers with housing accommodation 220

  backgrounds getting on well with each other.
