10Step 4 Development of personal growth objectives
- Is there more to seascouting?
- Everybody says yes
- Statistics say yes
- A look on the field says yes
- Conflict Our material says no
- Problems
- How do we define seascouting - boating?
- Image problem towards other guides and scouts -
are they really guides and scouts? - The programme does not support all activities in
the troops since there is more to seascouting
than just boating - Hard to start new seascout troops
- Some troops function well other dont
- Question How can we include the scout values
found in well functioning troops into our
seascout programme?
