1. Alarm notification system
Idea

• Acquire PLC data (in tags) directly from the PLC
  with Serial or TCP/IP protocol
• Send alarm notifications, via modem, in case of
  defaults
• 4 thresholds/tag (with deadband activation
  delay)
• Notification via SMS, email, FTP puts SNMP Trap

2. Remote Gateway for SCADA OPC
Idea

• Use an eWON remotely to collect PLC data, in two
  modes, using its built-in modem
• Poll data
• Through Ethernet using PLC TCP/IP protocol
• Through Ethernet gateway using PLC serial
  protocol
• Through Modbus or SNMP Protocol
• Push data
• via email and FTP to SCADA or to another eWON,
  being a collector
