Introduction

• Programmes are designed to be completed in five
  years (9 to 10 semesters).
• Maximum candidature is six years.

All Engineering programmes except Engineering
Science

Objectives DDP (Engin Bizad)

• This programme aims to provide students with
• high quality professional engineering education
  and
• leadership and management knowledge skills
  (organisation, finance, accounting, marketing,
  economics, law, operations, etc).

This combination of engineering and business
skills will produce a new breed of business-savvy
engineers in the marketplace.

Objectives DDP (Engin Econs)
Engineering Economics are complementary both in
their intellectual tools and in their objects of
study!

• Engineering innovative and creative application
  of mathematical and scientific principles to the
  creation of products, technology and services for
  the good of humanity
• Economics optimal choice and combinations of
  such systems for the achievement of maximum
  wealth given the societys limited resources

Entry Requirements

• At least CAP of 4.0 but preferable for CAP gt4.2
  after first year
• Economics Required to read at least two
  Economics modules at point of application
• Business Advised to one or two business modules
• Interviews

• Students are required to leave if they fail to
  meet the requirement of 4.0 CAP for primary
  degree.

  students).
