Research Degrees Committee
  • Aim to have the final version of your proposal to
    your Principal Supervisor at least 2 weeks ahead
    of the cut off date. Two clear days should be
    allowed for internal mail delivery.
  • April 28 for May 9
  • May 26 for June 6
  • June 23 for July 4
  • Applicants are advised via QUT student email of
    the Committees decision which is copied to the
    Principal Supervisor and Faculty Research
    Administrative Officer. It is therefore crucial
    that your QUT student email is activated and
    re-directed to an alternate private email if this
    is the preference.
