• Working with a Case Study Organisation (RevIT)
• Understanding the organisation and identifying
  areas suitable for web development/deployment
• Prepare a tender (set of proposals) presenting a
  case for using Internet Technology in a chosen
  area of the company.

• This is a self study lecture package for week 2.
• See the unit web resource to study this material
  in your own time (no need to attend here next
  Monday at 9.00)
• As you all come from different backgrounds/degree
  routes, it make sense to provide a range of
  materials which you can work through at your own
  pace, depending on your previous internet
  knowledge and experience. The idea is to get you
  all up to a similar level in terms of
  understanding internet origins and evolution, to
  set a foundation for work we do later in the
  unit.
