Heredity

• Has autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance
• Rarely occurs, about 1out of 3
• 95 of diagnosis has no history in family.

Medical

• Caused by mutations of NSD1 gene
• signs behavioral patterns, enlarged ventricals
  of the brain, frequent ear infections,
  constipation, congenital heart anomalies,
  increased sweating, hypothyroidism, possible
  increased risk of tumors.
• Life span not shortened
• Cant be treated

• Oftened lowered self esteem
• Respiratory and feeding problems, dental problems
  and behavioral problems.
• Can be helped but not fully cured
