    accordance with AA/EEO and Civil Rights Laws
  • Remedy discriminatory practices and their effects
  • Monitoring compliance with Civil Rights
    Legislation

  • 9 counties are randomly selected from those who
    have never had an on-site visit
  • Review team-member of Human Resources Unit,
    Regional Director and County office staff
  • County office staff should have addressed the
    questions and be prepared to engage in discussion
    regarding their responses
