  (Viendong Pharma JSC) has been founded in 2004 in
  order to unify all distribution and marketing
  activities of Viendong group
• In 2007, Viendong Pharma JSC has combined with 5
  other Viendong group members to form the sole
  pharmaceutical distribution company of Viendong
  group.

VENTURE JSC

• LILI OF FRANCE is founded in 2007 by Viendong
  Pharma JSC (65), Yvery France (20), and
  individuals with charter capital of USD 4.7
  millions
• The production facilities will be build Tien Du
  IZ, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam in 22,000m2
  area, 18km away from Hanoi
• Project has been started in October 2008. Up to
  date, the project has been finished in
  conceptual, financial feasibility, design and
  planning, and projected to start production in
  March 2010
• Total investment of the project is about USD 23.9
  millions
