Interlibrary Loan

At the Interlibrary Loan Site

• Click on Request an Interlibrary Loan
• You will be asked to Log in. Dont panic, its
  easy.

Time to Log in to your ILL account

• To log in
• Just use your BroncoWeb UserID and Password

In your account

• Under New Request, you can request your loan by
  clicking on Book.
• Use this form to also request Scores, Newspapers
  on microfilm or other types of loans. Be sure to
  explain in the note field what you need.

To Request a Book/Loan

• Two ways to request
• Type the citation information into fields
  manually or
• Import the citation from WorldCat (using the
  following steps)

Importing the citation from WorldCat

• You can find WorldCat under Databases by Name on
  the Find Articles, Databases page. Click on W
  and locate WorldCat.

Importing from database

• Before logging in to ILL
• Search for the desired book in WorldCat.
• Once the citation is pulled up, click on Find
  it
• If we do not own the title Click on
  Interlibrary Loan
• You will be asked to log in to ILL

Once logged in

• All the citation information will automatically
  import into the appropriate fields.
• How easy was that!

Before you Submit

• Make sure citation information is correct.

Foreign language okay?
Accept a different edition?
Anything else we should know that might help us
with your request? Add it into the Notes field.
Starred fields are required, if information is
unknown type not given in that field

If Citation is Accurate

Now all you have to do is click the Submit
Request button and you are finished (click this
button once only).

After Request is Submitted

• From your ILL account, you can track the status
  of your request.
• You will receive notification when your requested
  Loan arrives.
• You can pick up the requested item at the
  Circulation desk during normal library hours.
