Why Do We Need To Consult With Clients?
  • Service Agreements
  • Indicate this is a mandatory expectation
  • Disability Service Standards
  • Clients have a right to have service input and to
    have a say in the development of service
    direction
  • Disability State Plan
  • Expectation that services create opportunities
    and provide support to client so meaningful
    participation can occur
  • Other Quality Standards
  • Quality can only exist if the service meets
    clients needs.

    the clients feel valued and be involved in the
    service
