TELEPHONE SERVICE REQUEST (TSR)TSR is use to
submit work request to BCO. TSR has to be
approved by TCO and complete description of the
work request is required. TSR form can be
submitted by fax or online . Make sure request
is accurately filled out , if needed diagram or
drawing can be illustrated on description
part.Below are TSRs forms (off-line) by fax
and (on-line) thru web-site.

your Job Order Number (JON) is your User Name but
TCOs can request for a different User Name from
the BCO administrators.

    separately according to JON number.

or Data to view detailed monthly bill.

monthly bill in long report form (180 pages
maybe?) with certification page, financial status
and detailed charges.

Data and File download prompt will appear Click
on Save.
