Corridor Dinner I took a group of residents to
another dining hall on campus that we dont
normally go to. We bonded and got to know each
other better. I invited my favorite professor to
join us. I brought an article from USA today and
started a conversation about it. I took all of
the pre-med students in the hall to dinner and we
ate with the chief departmental adviser from
Zoology. I paid for her dinner.
X Box Tournament Since they all seem to play
video games all the time. We set up a tournament
in the basement. We projected three matches at a
time on the wall for all to see. Many people
hung around to see the games. I invited in
retired professor of Systems Analysis, Richard
Sherman, who talked right before we kicked off
the tournament. He talked about current issues
in on-line gaming including addiction, trends and
future outlook
Grays Anatomy night All of my residents love to
watch Grays so I got pizza and we all watched
together in the basement. We started the
program at 8 pm, had dinner for everyone. I
invited Dr. Joe Sanchez from McCullough Hyde
Hospital. He is an ER doc there and told us all
about his experiences there. It was awesome!
