What is ChAMP?

• Chapter Administration and Membership Program
  (ChAMP)
• First and foremost its a partnership
• Membership database provided by national ASTD
• Used by 75 ASTD chapters (half of the chapters)
• Our goal is to give chapter leaders and
  administrators more time, energy, and money to
  focus on meeting the professional development
  needs of our chapter members.

Chapter Requirements

• Administrative requirements
• - Current ChAMP contacts ChAMP Training by
  national ASTD
• - Tech savvy administrator
• Technical requirements
• - Access to Adobe/Excel ASTD online store on
  chapter website
• - Electronic Funds Transfer for direct deposit
  
• Database Maintenance requirements
• - Contacts are updated monthly120 day notice
  for any membership dues
• - Type or rate changes new or renewed members
  have the option to pay online at astd.org

Invoicing

• Membership renewal invoicing
• 90 and 60 day invoice via mail
• 30 day reminder to renew via email
• Funds disbursement End of month for previous
  month transactions via electronic funds transfer
  (EFT)

Administrative Portal

• Reports
• Membership roster report (weekly)
• Chapter Activity Report a list of new and renewed
  members from the current week (weekly)
• Transmittal report (monthly for previous month)
• Retention reports Sunday
