• 1. User clicks on Input new supply information
• New Supply Information screen will appear

• 2. User enters information for searching,
  including item type, user id (of employee
  searching for the supply), and method of
  searching for supplier, and clicks the search
  button.
• System will search for a supplier.
• Search methods include email, internet, catalog,
  and other media
• 3. User enters the information for the new
  supplier found by the search and clicks on
  save.
• System will check the new supplier info against
  the current and backup supplier database. New
  supplier information will automatically be sent
  to headquarters in a system generated RANS
  (request authorization of new supply)

User Guide

• Began the creation of the user guide including an
  overview and a section pertaining to each
  interface that purchasing has with other
  departments, including HQ, HR, and Manufacturing.
• The use of functional elements in regards to each
  interface will be defined and explained in detail.

  methods relevant to system.

  cases created by the other member of my subgroup.
