  photographic images' content and context.
• Do not manipulate images or add or alter sound in
  any way that can mislead viewers or misrepresent
  subjects.

• It is tempting to want to correct a flaw in an
  otherwise significant photograph, but whether it
  is done by photographer, editor or lab tech, once
  a moment has been captured on film or on
  digital media, we no longer have the right to
  change that image in any way except for minor
