- Seeks to provide opportunities for knowledge
sharing and enhanced knowledge of HR practices - Will enhance collaboration and cooperation
between campus stakeholders and HR - Campus management will nominate qualified
personnel with an interest in HR who perform HR
tasks within their departments - The group will meet regularly to discuss HR
issues including policy clarification, process

- Bobcat Walkers is an incentive walking program
for faculty and staff. - Cat Trails are mapped out walking paths that

Building, Top of Scholars Lane by the Bridge and
Across from Kolligian Library facing Science and
Engineering. - Maps and directions will be posted on the web
site for Campus, castle and Mondo.

- UC Merceds weight Loss Challenge for faculty and
staff - First challenge ended January 2009, next
challenge begins March 15, 2009. - Includes

- Information and guidance regarding state and
federal provisions concerning sexual - harassment
- Dramatizations illustrating the type of conduct
prohibited Guidelines plus - facilitated audience discussion on how to
prevent and correct sexual harassment - Exercises on practical remedies available to
victims of sexual harassment and - Examples on the prevention of
harassment/discrimination/retaliation. -
- Attending the Life Theater Production on Sexual
Harassment complies with California law (AB
1825), which went Into effect in 2005, requires
supervisors to complete at least two hours of
sexual harassment prevention training every two
years. -
