More Compelling Evidence Against ß-Blockers for
Uncomplicated Hypertension
  • Little support for BBs as monotherapy or
    first-line agents

    important

  • Involve the patient as a partner in treatment
  • Provide clear written and oral instructions
  • Tailor the regimen to the patients lifestyle and
