PROJECT EDUCATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP

  • Project is being implemented continuously from
    2004 with some quantitative and qualitative
    modifications
  • In 2007 the Project is implemented in cooperation
    with 57 entrepreneurial centres, incubators and
    educational institutions in all the counties

Implementation phases of the regional centre for
entrepreneurial learning - Feasibility study
making -
The primary beneficiaries of the
project will be key stakeholders concerned with
education and enterprise development in the
pre-accession region, including their European
integration authorities. In particular, the
project addresses the policy interests of the
National Coordinators of the European Charter for
Small Enterprises in the countries, the
ministries for education, economic development
and employment, social partners and small
enterprise interest organisations.

and Republic of Albania, Republic of Croatia

Implementation phases of the regional centre for
entrepreneurial learning - Feasibility study
making -
  • The study will
  • detail the opportunities, obstacles, benefits and
    limitations of establishing a regional life-long
    entrepreneurship learning support framework
  • identify particular fields of interest of
    entrepreneurship learning as a function of the
    intelligence in the critical review, backed up by
    points justifying the value of regional
    cooperation, and where efficiencies, innovation
    and resources could be maximised through more
    structured and strategic coordination.
  • The outcomes of the study and plan should provide
    sufficient decision-making information for a)
    political consideration by all governments and
    social partners in the region for supporting a
    regional entrepreneurship learning academy, b)
    technical assistance, training and other capacity
    building options required d) interest and support
    of international donors in the region.
