The Personal Folder

  • Older versions of Outlook had a limit of 2GB
  • With Outlook 2003 the limit is 20GB
  • In order to take advantage of the increased size
    limit, you need to create a new PST
  • Note This new PST is not backward compatible

  • You can continue using the old PST that will
    still hold the same 2GB limit
