Survey Says

• 98 of all students polled at Loras College say
  that parking on campus is a problem.
• Of students surveyed, they receive an average of
  5.5 tickets.
• Students say no underclassman parking, no
  designated parking for teachers, more parking
  spots or hand out less permits.

• Give a warning before a violation.
• Lower parking permit costs

Pros/ Cons

• Limit thefts/vandalism
• Alleviate parking on lower campus for upper
  classman
• More parking for commuting
• Not a huge change for the system
• No taking any parking privileges away.
• During weekends freshman can park on lower campus

• Walk to Keane to retrieve their vehicles
• Fees still high
• Make driving to class more difficult
