Status VCR (Virtual Control Room) and 11th Floor

• Timing of our move
• 11th floor is still occupied. Their move is
  planned in a few months. (constraint by the
  readiness of the other end.)
• We are currently working on the refurbishing plan
  with the lab before our move to the 11th floor.
• Our move will be some time late summer (?). Stay
  tuned for the update in a weekly meeting.
• LAYOUT plan
• Being worked on.
• Survey by Sarah is one of the important input for
  planning the lay-out.

• VCR (Virtual Control Room)
• A few currently vacant office spaces on the 11th
  are available now. (These space must be regarded
  as temprorary.)
• Test Beam (HCAL, MUON) is starting in May
  throughout the summer 2004.
• VCR is being setup at one of these space.
• Plan is to have a shift operation to
  monitor/analyse the test beam data from here.
