- May be granted for any post secondary study at
TAFE or university level - RPL is available for work experience (up to 2
courses) but more difficult to justify than other

link with prior qualification

education that takes into account the skills
necessary to perform as a professional in the

10Assessment. Types of assessment Varies including
essays, reports, case studies, presentations,
tests, a final exam Grade Point Average (GPA)
the average of your results is used to calculate
eligibility for certain grades eg CP/TP,
supplementary assessment, program transfers,
further study etc. Its an important statistic.

- Specialism allows employment as para professional
in areas such as administration, banking,

of being immune to downturns and trends eg
computing in dot com bust
