- The ISTC is an Intergovernmental Organization
founded by the European Union, the United States
of America, Japan and Russian Federation in
November 1992 operations began in March 1994. - Members of ISTC Governing Board Canada, the
European Union, the United States of America,
Japan and Russian Federation. - Headquartered in Moscow
- The ISTC is accredited in Russia, Armenia,
Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and
Tajikistan with a status equivalent to a
diplomatic mission
