We continue to practice certain sins today
because we find them in some measure or in some
way pleasurable

Because of the advantage or pleasure of the sin,
we find it difficult to not want to engage in
that sin

We first must be more and more filled with the
word of God We MUST learn to think on a higher
plane about sin

that know not God, and to them that obey not the
gospel of our Lord Jesus 9 who shall suffer
punishment, even eternal destruction from the
face of the Lord and from the glory of his
might, I dont want to be cut off from God and
all the righteous

It gives me guilt feelings Because I knew
better than to transgress Jesus talked about this

burden of sin Jesus restores peace of

David experienced it 2 Sam.11 He lusted in his
heart He then committed adultery with her He
tried to cover it up He had her husband killed
to keep it hidden

Perhaps my own children! I want to stand before
the righteous judge with my whole family and hear
Him say to each one, Well done, good and
faithful servant enter thou into the joy of the
Lord (Matt.2523) I dont want to cause even one
person to be lost
