• What are the ideal educational processes or

• What resources (inputs, ingredients) are required
  (time, people, space stuff) to implement those
  processes?
• What are the input prices of those resources?
• What is the total cost and unit cost of those
  resources?
• Do I have the money to accomplish this? What is
  the GAP?
• If not, how might I raise more money, or alter
  the program?
