  The inabitants of Scotland are about 5
  million.There are many mountains,lakes and hills
  here.

Thistle

• The symbol of Scotland is the thistle do you
  know why? Well,according to the legend, the
  Vikings were invading Scotland at night one of
  them was stung by a thistlehe cried so much,
  that all the sleeping Scottish soldiers awaked,
  then they began fighting against the invaders and
  defeated them.

The Scottish flag is a white cross on a blue
background. Its a very ancient flag and it
reminds St.andrews cross.

Im wearing a kilt in Scotland boys and men wear
kilts. Kilts are short skirts with pleats they
are made of tartan, a kind of woollen cloth with
square patterns. Each clanhas got a tartan with
different colours. Aclan is a group of families.
I can play the bagpipe, the traditional Scottish
