  public and private institutions witch have this
  activity field, (), using interactive methods
  emphasizing on the multimedia devices, such as
  ODL, video conferences computer-based training,
  so on.

  can be either state funded or self supportive

General objectives of the BBU

• To identify and qualitatively/quantitatively
  analyze the educational needs
• To conceive the projects which will allow an easy
  access of the participants to theoretical and
  practical knowledge
• To ensure specialized consulting in study
  opportunities in adult education
• To conceive intervention strategies and
  specialized assistance, throughout consulting
• To survey and evaluate the implementation of the
  projects
• To realize diagnostic studies on the dynamic of
  the market, to realize prospective analysis
• To realize contract trainings at the beneficiary
  request.
