About Reverse Mortgages

• A Reverse Mortgage is a non-recourse mortgage
• The youngest person on the deed must be at
  least 62 years of age
• The home must be the primary residence
• The home is not required to be mortgage-free
• The interest may be paid to receive a tax
  deduction
• No repayment occurs until death, a move, or
  12 months of vacancy
