Sending Appraisals to NFC when Peformance
Plans/Appraisals Were completed using hard
copy Forms instead of data loading Into
EmpowHR. NOTE This process is for CED
performance plans that were Not created in
EmpowHR.

Click on manage performance

Select USE

Select 075-Performance Appraisal

Click on add a new value.

1. Enter employee EmpowHR user ID.
2. Enter the beginning date of the review period.
3. Click on Add.

Click on the rating scale search engine.

Select H 5 Tier Performance rating scale.

Click on the review rating search engine.

Select the applicable rating.

1. Enter the applicable pay period.
2. Enter the pay year.
Click on SAVE.

You will receive a message that informs you the
action will be transmitted to NFC and The future
date the transmission will take Place. In this
example, transmission will Be 9-25-06. Click OK.

Entered via EmpowHR apply at NFC
