• Outlines best practice in selections

New employment contracts

• Word documents - simply delete the parts that are

• Devolved HR Units can prepare their own contracts

Casual Employment Office

• Currently reviewing the way we recruit, train,
  and retain casual employees
• A survey will be sent out to all BMs to gather
  data from your area
• Also gathering information from other Unis
• Aim to provide a cost efficient, self funding
  service

Employers Making a Difference (EMAD)

• ANU has a strong commitment to increase the
  number of employees we recruit, who have a
  disability
• We partner with EMAD to ensure that people with a
  disability have the opportunity to apply for our
