iEARN (International Education and Resource
Network) is a non-profit organization made up of
over 25,000 schools in 120 countries. iEARN
empowers teachers and young people to work
together online using the Internet and other new
communications technologies. Approximately
850,000 - 1,000,000 students each day are engaged
in collaborative project work worldwide. Since
1988, iEARN has pioneered on-line school linkages
to enable students to engage in meaningful
educational projects with peers in their

Aires, and then extended to 4 more states
(Cordoba, Mendoza, Santa Fe and Salta). . Our
mission is to"Contribute to the formation of
young leaders and responsible citizens, through
non formal educational activities and
investigation projects in the framework of our
principles. . We aim to generate in youngsters
a full conscience of their citizenship, and to
promote their active participation in society.
