What is the NSI?

• Framework to enable standardised approach to
  implementation of NPfIT products and services
• Based on PRINCE2 enhanced with NPfIT specific
  guidance
• 6 stages each with a reporting milestone -
  standard products, templates and guidance sit
  within this framework
• Framework in use in LSPs and clusters as the
  basis for deployment toolkits and guidance
• The following screenshots are taken from our new
  site which is currently under development

  collaboration thought the use of online
  functionality such as
• Informatics news and event postings
• document library,
• discussion boards,
• e-mail bulletins,
• polls and surveys,
• directories enabling people with common interests
  to meet and
• a Content Management System (CMS).
