3 PERCEIVING
  • If the physician clearly perceives what is to be
cured in diseases, that is to say, in every
individual case of disease if he clearly
perceives what is curative in medicines, that is
to say, in each individual medicine and if he
knows how to adapt, according to clearly DEFINED
PRINCIPLES, what is curative in medicines to what
he has discovered to be undoubtedly morbid in the
patient, so that the recovery must ensue - to
adapt it, as well in respect to the SUITABILITY
OF THE MEDICINE MOST APPROPRIATE ACCORDING TO ITS
MODE OF ACTION TO THE CASE BEFORE HIM,

22
  • as also in respect to the exact mode of
preparation and quantity of it required (proper
dose), and the proper period for repeating the
dose if, finally, he knows the obstacles to
recovery in each case and is aware how to remove
them, so that the restoration may be permanent,
then he understands how to TREAT JUDICIOUSLY AND
RATIONALLY, AND HE IS A TRUE PRACTITIONER OF THE
    HEALING ART .

23
  • VII SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS

24
Evolution of an Observer
External Observer
Internal Observer
25
Individualization
26

Standardisation of Individualisation Is
necessary to reduce subjectivity/Prejudice
27
PHYSICIAN KNOW THY SELF
28
  • Disease to a homoeopath is a state of disharmony
involving at least three different factors, some
morbific influence, the susceptibility of the
affected person and the individuality of the
patient modifying the form of the disease takes.

29
  • Homoeopaths do not try to cure the morbific
influence but cure the patient himself. In order
to cure the patient the most similar remedy must
    be given

30
FORM

FUNCTION
31
  • IT HAS BEEN OBSEREVED THAT RETENTION TO MEMORY IS
APPROXIMATELY-20 of what is only heard.40 of
what is only seen and70 of what is seen and
    heard.

32
  • The physician must study the Homoeopathic
principle until he learns what it is in sickness
that guides to the curative remedy.
  • He must study the materia medica until he learns
what is needed to meet these demands.
  • He must then study the repertory until he learns
how to use it so that he can find what he wants,
    when he needs it.
  • Dr. Kent ..
