Hyperlink Text
  • This is a pop-up window that will appear if the
    curser hovers over the text.
  • Go back to the title slide to see an example.
  • It could be used to explain an acronym, define a
    word, answer the question, or an endless array of
    other options.

Setting it up
  • Select the text box and highlight the word or
    words you want to link a message to.
  • Choose Insert Hyperlink
  • Click Bookmark (lower right corner)
  • Select the Slide Title for the current slide
  • Click OK

Setting it up
  • Click the Screen Tip button (top right)
  • Type the text you want to appear when the mouse
    rolls over the hyperlink.
  • Play the slide show to see how the rollover looks.

Changing the Appearance of Screen Tip
  • The following steps will change the appearance of
    your screen display
  • Go to the Start menu
  • Choose Settings Control Panel
  • Open Display
  • Choose the Appearance tab
  • Click the Item drop-down menu and scroll down to
    ToolTip
  • You can now modify the background color and font
  • Note This modification is for your computer not
    for this presentation.
