    Level) gain 186,000 more over their lifetime
    compared to their friends who leave school at 16
  • If you stay on at school until 18 you will earn
    4000 per year more than if you drop out after
    GCSEs

EDUCATIONAL MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE
6th. Form students can receive regular payments
of between 10 and 30 per week, depending on
circumstances. Payments depend upon regular
attendance at school and lessons. All Sixth
Formers sign a contract which includes attendance
at all lessons.

  • A pass or better is worth 4Cs at GCSE (Merit
    4Bs Distinction 2As and 2As.

How To Apply
  • Fill in your application form and hand it in to
    your form teacher by or before Friday 13
    February.
  • You can also apply on-line if you prefer.
  • You will have an interview to discuss your
    choices with you and to confirm them.
  • The interviews will start in the week beginning
    Monday 23 February and appointments will be
    issued by your tutors.

  • Find the courses you think you will like
  • Then confirm them at your 6th. Form Interview
  • Work hard do as well as you can in your GCSEs
  • Results Day and Sixth Form Registration on
