20Today in Crisis Commander
- We currently store evacuation plans, site
notification lists, critical site information and
calling trees for 74 locations globally supported
by 136 Site Incident Managers - Hurricane Contingency plans have been built as a
result of lessons learned from Hurricane Wilma
and its affect on our Plantation, Florida office - As Chris has discussed, we use Crisis Commander
for storage of Technical DR plans and testing
results from Recovery Drills, as well as
leveraging the Crisis Homepage and Forum tools
during DR testing to meet Communication and
Documentation requirements. - Additionally, DB has several partners that we
rely upon to have contingency plans. We track
and store critical partners contact information,
BC plans and testing data
21Tomorrow In Crisis Commander
- Building more contingency plans using the basic
Hurricane plans to build others for natural
disasters, fires, etc. Keeping them intuitive so
anyone can run them. Our goal is to have plans
that can be executed by any Incident Manager in
the company - Working on hooking existing HR employee record
files into Crisis Commander for ease of updating
data. - Continue to leverage tools within CC for DR
testing - Eliminating more of the manual documenting and
management of Incidents by levering CC for full
Incident Management.
