Tips that might be useful

• Train students in the computer lab on day 1.
  (Make sure they fill in all necessary
  information.)
• Provide as much help and support as you can, such
  as a copy of CD-Rom with all class materials on
  it.
• Dispel students myth that they dont have to do
  anything for the online course.
