• Theres nothing more boring than looking at a
  black computer screen that you have to know
  shortcuts on a key board to go from screen to
  screen.
• Now computer companies have improved more and
  more on their Graphical User Interfaces letting
  the user breeze effortlessly though the computer
  with out knowing high levels of computer
  language. They can customize their desktop and
  use a mouse to click icons and files.

PCs Today

• Computers arent just the big box that you can
  add and subtract on any more. They are small in
  size and more places than you would expect. New
  cell phones can take pictures, store data, and
  even calculate how much you should tip the
  waitress.
• Even the jogger running through the park is
  constantly being monitored by this heart rate
  monitor and can even calculate how many calories
  are burned and miles that are ran.

Pocket Pcs

• With PDA sales at its highest, it helps busy
  people organize their un-organized lives. For
  some people on the other hand just like it for
  the looks , or even the windows OS with gaming
  capabilities.

Fast Fast Fast!!!

• Computer companies today have to keep up with the
  demands of impatient people. With computers now
  capable of reaching 3.0 Ghzs and faster,
  programmers have to continually write programs to
  run with these fast speeds.

New technology

• Everything has to clean and neat. What do people
  come up with??? Everything wireless. Most
  wireless components are sent through air waves by
  small antennas that come with the product. With
  an assortment of keyboards, mouse's, wireless
  routers for Ethernet, microphones, speakers, ect.
  It keeps everyone up to date and their desktops
  free from tangled wires and pulling hair!

Clear vision

• To keep up with the latest graphics cards out,
  and competing competition, new monitors are out
  displaying awesome clarity. With LCDs and gas
  plasma monitors, they are able to produce the
  clarity needed for today's technology. Flat panel
  displays with LCD and gas plasma displays are now
  a growing trend for new computers.

• Microsoft windows has played an important role in
  today's technology growth. Presently , most
  computers are running windows 2000, and windows
  XP for home use. They are better suited for
  networking and has better filing capabilities
  with better dependability.
• Windows CE is the operating system for the
  palmtop and PDA personal computers made by
  Microsoft.

Media capabilities

• As windows progressed over time, they were able
  to handle videos and music programs. Now, there
  are thousands of different programs for advanced
  3D sound and streaming video for web cams to view
  people all over the world. Not only web cams can
  be viewed, but any type of video file, such as
  movies or small clips of animation.
