Verbs

• A verb is an action word for example, The boy
  jogged to the park. Jogged is the verb in the
  sentence.

Irregular Verbs

• An Irregular verb has a speical spelling to
  show the past tense. Some example are
• I do I did
• You see You saw
• He comes He came

Helping Verbs

• A Helping verb helps another verb show an
  action. Have, has, and happened. They all help
  to tell about things that have already
  happened. For example,
• My aunt moved to the desert. She had visited
  there before. We have asked her to invite us.

Linking Verbs

• It is a common verb. It has special forms in
  the past tense. For example, The band was
  playing. My mother and father were dancing.

Verb tenses

• The tense of a verb tells when the action takes
  place.
• Present- Happening right now .
• Past-Already happened.
• Future- It is going to happen.

Verb tenses

• You can check if it is in the future tense if you
  put the word will deform the verb. For example.
• Present- I am playing .
• Past- I played yesterday.

Subject/Verb agreement

• A present-tense verb must agree with its subject
  . Dont add s or es to a present -tense verb when
  the subject is plural.
• Example I (rides) my bike, instead it should be
  I ride my bike.

Adverbs

• An adverb is a word that describes a verb like
• How much few,many.
• Where ice burg
• Whenbefore,tonight
• Why because ,for.
• Adverbs also have endings like (Ly) .If you add
  Ly to happy it makes happily.
