• Railway operations and maintenance
• Commercial transport freight services
• International transport
• Financial capacity
• Technical qualifications
• Management staff qualifications

Prequalification Expressions

• Submit documentation demonstrating qualifications
  by 14 September 2007
• Describe how Armenian Company will be structured
  demonstrate that principals have required
  qualifications
• No prescribed format but please limit volume of
  submission to 25 pages
• English and Armenian or Russian, 7 hard copies
  and one in electronic format (pdf)
