• 24 hour toll free crisis line
• Three (3) sessions per issue per year with a
  professional counselor for any employee and their
  family members
• Referral to the right resource
• Information training for employees and
  supervisors
• Consultation for management

• Personal problems and work stress will reduce the
  performance of employees
• By providing for the emotional health and well
  being of its employees, an employer can boost
  employee health, decrease absenteeism, and
  increase employee work time by about two weeks.

Confidentiality is critical for success!

• Employees need to know that their employer is
  there to be helpful, not to interfere
• Confidentiality laws require privacy
• Quarterly reports to the company report on
  numbers of employees that use the service, not
  who used the services

Costs

• The three sessions are free to the employee
• The employer pays an annual fee that ranges from
  17 to 21 per employee, depending on the number
  of employers who are signed up through the Chamber
