14AFRICA Acrostic Assignment

- You will now write an acrostic poem describing
what you have discovered about Africas
diversity. Use your notes from student handout 1A
to help you. Your poem must include these parts - An appropriate title.
- Six short stanzas. Stanzas may vary in length
some may be only one line, while others may be
longer. - The first letter of each of the poems six
stanzas will be A, F, R, I, C, and A,
respectively, to spell out AFRICA. The first word
of stanza one must begin with the letter A, the
first word of stanza 2 must begin with the letter
F, and so forth. - A reference to at least five of these types of
diversity in Africa economy, architecture,
social class, environment, clothing, technology,
and religion. - Type or write your final draft neatly in ink.
