  pharmaceutical manufacturers (Kenya, Lesotho,
  South Africa, and Zambia)
• Conduct independent quality tests of medicines
  for product efficacy and stability at CENQAM
• Just-in-time ordering and delivery system with 4
  to 6 weeks turnaround
