Aims

• To develop a mechanism for key knowledge and
  skills to be shared and recognised across
  Northumberland, Tyne and Wear
• To promote resource efficiency
• To enable staff to transfer between organisations
  within the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear area
  without unnecessary duplication of training
• To increase the numbers of staff with key
  knowledge and skills
• To promote best practice within NHS organisations
  across Northumberland, Tyne and Wear by enabling
  the development of standardised training based on
  best evidence
