  (ages 18 25)
• 37 Full Service Partnership (FSP) clients,
  eventually total 50
• Demographics  1/3 African American, 1/3
  Caucasian, 1/3 Latino.
• Referral Sources 2/3 DCFS, 1/3 Jails, hospitals,
  Childrens MH, schools, families
• Diagnostic Impressions 2/3 severe mental health
  diagnoses (bipolar, schizophrenia, depression),
  1/3 PTSD, personality d/os
• 60 drug alcohol abuse, 1/3 significant
  cognitive impairment
• Staffing  8 Mentors, 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Career
  Developer, p/t Education Specialist, 2 Student
  Aides
• Services Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Intensive
  Case- Management Outreach

TAY Diagnostic Impressions

• TAY clients assessed in 5 areas to determine
  whether there is a mental illness substance
  abuse significant trauma cognitive impairments
  and anti-social traits.
• Preliminary results indicate that
• Multiple diagnoses (3) is the norm not the
  exception
• Trauma is the most common denominator
• Cognitive impairments prevalent
