Session 1 partnership functionality

  partnership working
• Not just about the Tobacco Control Alliance key
  to consider linkage from strategic LSP/LAA level
  to/from operational collaboration
• Fresh Toolkit already in place an abridged from
  of the functionality review from the toolkit will
  be provided for use in this afternoons session
• As for the toolkit self assessments the aim is
  not to identify good or bad partnerships but
  how ready the local partnership working approach
  and system is to achieve comprehensive local
  tobacco control action.

Session 2 from vision to action

• Getting the local vision clear including how it
  fits with regional delivery plan and national /
  international priorities discussed this morning.
• Using that vision to avoid unrealisable
  everything now action plans
• and achieve a clear flow from LSP/LAA
  overarching goals to collaborative local actions
• What is the process by which the evidence base is
  translated into local priorities for action?
