A New Mentoring Model
  • Based on the full-time mentor model of the New
    Teacher Center (Univ. of California-Santa Cruz)
  • Create a professional team of full-time mentors
  • Serve ILTs on a 151 ratio in a non-evaluative
    capacity
  • Receive extensive and ongoing training based on
    the New Teacher Center model
